Every Roof Shield Monolithic warranty program on a flat or tile roof requires a pre-application Manufacturer's Report — including infrared moisture imaging, a signed drawing legend, photo documentation, and a required rework scope. The fee is $150 per 5,000 sq ft and is 100% refundable when you proceed with the warranty program.
