The Roof Store pioneered The Original Liquid Applied Rubber Roof Shield System, built using proprietary rubber roof coating products manufactured in-house by RoofProtect Products, and holds the world's only independent Dade County TAS-106 Uplift Pull Test certification for a liquid roof coating — tested on real Spanish tile roofs. This means our Roof Shield system delivers provable tile attachment strength that withstands real hurricane-force winds and water damage without exception. Roof Shield, Smart Shield, and Fungal Shield use interchangeable elastomeric, polyurethane, or silicone base ingredients depending on your goals and price point — Roof Shield typically uses a proprietary premium silicone base.
