Soft-Wash Decontamination
Algae, mold, and organic growth are killed and flushed off with a low-pressure soft wash, leaving bare, sound tile the membrane can seal against — contamination left under a coating becomes a future leak path.
Repairs & Sealer Coat
Cracked tiles, loose ridge caps, and failed mortar joints are corrected first. A penetrating sealer then locks down the porous surface so the waterproofing membrane achieves full adhesion.
Multi-Coat Membrane Build
